Before it became a memory, it was almost a signature. For years, many people knew NAU for its bread with chouriço: warm, simple and made to be shared.

When the house became a restaurant.
As NAU evolved into a restaurant, the bread with chouriço stopped being made. The kitchen gained a different rhythm, the menu grew, and the memory stayed alive in the stories of those who kept asking for it.
The return began at events.
In 2025, bread with chouriço returned at events, especially during Carnival. The response was immediate: old guests recognised it, new guests discovered it, and that reaction showed this memory still had a place at NAU.

Now it returns every weekend.
That reception gave us the strength to bring bread with chouriço back. From now on, every Saturday and Sunday, from 16:00 to 19:00, NAU revives this tradition.
